St Kitts and Nevis (WINN): There was court movement Thursday (May 28) on a matter brought by the St Kitts Nevis Labour Party.
The SKNLP is seeking an injunction against the Government of St Kitts and Nevis and ZIZ Broadcasting Corporation for infringement of the rights and liberties of the SKNLP and its supporters.
The Labour Party is challenging the State of Emergency in Court, and suing ZIZ for breach of constitutional rights of the SKNLP.
One of the party’s legal representatives, Sylvester Anthony, told WINN FM what has happened so far.
