St. Kitts and Nevis (WINN): The St Kitts Olympic Committee is extending congratulations to Amya Clarke for her performance at the Tokyo Olympics.

Amya’s campaign at the Tokyo 2020 Games ended in the Women’s 100m Round 1- Heat 4. She completed the race in a time of 11.71 seconds.
The eventual winner of the race was Tya Lou of Côte d’Ivoire (10.78s). D. Neita of Great Britain was second (10.96s) and C. Emmanuel of Canada was third (11.18s).
Kittitian Sprinter Jason Rogers has earned a spot in the Men’s 100 metres semi-finals.

Rogers timed 10. 21s to capture 3rd place in his heat.
