St. Kitts and Nevis (WINN): The St. Kitts Water Services Department launched the first dedicated 24/7 Customer Service Water Hotline and Emergency Crew on April 5, 2023.
Citizens and Residents can now call 465-8000 to report water leaks, lodge complaints, make inquiries, and share important information with the St. Kitts Water Services Department.
According to a Facebook post on Water Minister Hon. Konris Maynard’s page, the customer service reps will log all inquiries and dispatch the emergency crew if needed or pass on the issue to the relevant officer in the water services department. Once the issue is resolved, they will follow up with the complainant.
The service will officially come on stream from Tuesday, 11th April.
