St. Kitts and Nevis (WINN) – At around 4:50 p.m. Dr. Gonsalves issued an evacuation order with immediate effect. The communities surrounding La Soufriere are now on Red alert.
Some of the communities to evacuate include Fancy, Point, Sandy Bay, London, Overland, Dickson, Georgetown and Richmond.
