The individual, Yanquing Li of Cardin Avenue was charged at the Basseterre Police Station on Saturday, July 15 2023 in connection to a matter of larceny involving Kevin Jeffers of La Guerite and Elroy Matthew of Market Street.

According to local police, Jeffers and Matthew committed the offence of larceny on June 28. They were charged on July 01 2023 and were granted bail.
