St. Kitts and Nevis (WINN): Twenty-six-year-old Tianna Bowery, of Newtown, was installed as pastor of the Molineaux Wesleyan Holiness Church during a special service on Sunday, March 26, 2023.
The installation service was officiated by District Superintendent Reverend Spencer Watts.
As declared in her profile, “Tianna gave her life to God in 2009 at a District Crusade held in St. Peters where the guest speaker was Reverend Dalton Grenyion. It was at a District Youth Retreat in 2012 in Nevis where she made a decision and was able to feel the call on her life for pastoral ministry. She is approachable and affordable and fully available to do the work of God here on earth.”
After a four-year academic journey, Bowery graduated from the Caribbean Wesleyan College in May 2021 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Theology and Pastoral Ministry.
Reverend Ron Daniel, Pastor of the Brown Hill Wesleyan Holiness Church and his wife, Trecia Daniel, Pastor of the New Castle Wesleyan Holiness Church, were in attendance. Reverend Ron Daniel referred to Bowery as his daughter and stated, “In Tianna, Molieaux has a Pastor that is compassionate, charismatic and classy. She has certainly come to the Kingdom for such a time as this. I expect nothing but great things.”
Also in attendance at the installation ceremony was Hon. Dr Geoffrey Hanley, Deputy Prime Minister of St. Kitts and Nevis. He stated, “I am so proud and excited for you, Pastor Bowery. I am confident that you will serve your parishioners, community and country well.”
