Two Injured in non-fatal shooting incident in Stonefort


St. Kitts and Nevis (WINN) – Information reaching WINN FM’s news desk reported that two men were shot and injured in the Stonefort area at around 8 p.m. last night (February 9). 

According to the Police, the victims who were injured are 21-year-old Beijhan Nias and 23-year-old Tyreke Frazer, both of Stone Fort.

In a release from the police, Investigations have revealed that sometime before 8 p.m., both men were at the Heights Bar in Stone Fort, Challengers, when they heard the sound of gunshots being fired and ran. Nias received multiple gunshot wounds about the lower parts of his body, and Frazer received a gunshot wound to his leg. Both men were transported to the JNF General Hospital via private vehicle. They are warded and in stable condition.
