St Kitts and Nevis (WINN): Two men have been charged with the attempted murder of Ellison Smith-Bartlette of Stuart Williams Drive Nevis.
Shakel Campbell of Craddock Road and Keon Moore of Ramsbury were charged on August 23 and slapped with an additional charge of Possession of a Firearm with Intent to Endanger Life.
According to a police report, on August 18 Smith-Bartlette and a female were walking along the road in the vicinity of the Alexandra Hospital when they were shot at. Smith-Bartlette received a gunshot wound to his arm.
