(iWitness News) – Chef Kamal Hoyte, who was born and raised in St. Vincent and the Grenadines, is collaborating with Airbnb to redefine the global dining experience for fans of the FIFA World Cup 2026, bringing fine dining out of exclusive spaces and into vibrant, shared moments accessible to all.
Hoyte’s culinary journey is rooted in the rich flavours of the Caribbean and shaped by his travels across the world.
These experiences have inspired a distinctive approach to cuisine that blends cultures, elevates tradition, and invites everyone to the table.
“Through his partnership with Airbnb, he is curating immersive culinary experiences that break down barriers, offering guests the opportunity to engage with fine dining in ways that feel welcoming, personal, and inclusive,” a press release said.
Hoyte, a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America, refined his craft in some of New York City’s most celebrated Michelin-starred restaurants, including Oceana, Restaurant Daniel, and Le Bernardin.
