St. Kitts and Nevis (WINN): On Tuesday, August 31, St. Kitts and Nevis recorded 30 additional COVID-19 cases bringing the total number of active cases to 475 to date.
As of August 31, 1,121 people have been diagnosed with COVID-19 in the federation with 969 on St. Kitts and 152 on the island of Nevis.
Of the 152 cases on Nevis, four are in hospital and 28 have recovered. Nine new cases were identified Tuesday pushing the active count on Nevis to 124.
Chief Medical Officer, Dr. Hazel Laws reported at the August 25 edition of the COVID-19 Press Briefing that four people are in hospital on St. Kitts due to COVID-19.
