St. Kitts and Nevis (WINN): A young man was shot and killed sometime after 3p.m. Friday, July 16, 2021, in Charlestown, Nevis.
WINN asked for confirmation of the fatal shooting incident and was told “yes and we are on the scene” by a senior law enforcement officer in a telephone interview.
Photographs are making the rounds on social media depicting a man laying face down in the middle of the street with law enforcement officials on the scene and people gathered from nearby businesses.
WINN extends our deepest condolences to the family and loved ones of the deceased.
